1.How to get a quotation quickly?
All of our products can be customized. We can meet your any requirement for size, shape, design, logo, etc. We will be appreciated if you can provide the following information before we quote you the price:
A. Product Model/Item No with Beginning words HF-
B. QTY for your order
C. Material requirement
D. Dimension (width & length & height)
E. The logo and color request.
F. If possible, pls provide the artwork of the products and packing requirement, or we can recommend for you.
With above information we can quote you the exact price immediately.
2.What is your MOQ?
A: If your have the agent in China who can arrange the shipping and delivery for you, there will be no MOQ limit, i.e. you can order 1 piece at EXW price.
B: if you need us arrange the shipping and delivery, the MOQ will be 100 pieces for chairs and 10 pieces for tables. But mixed order is accepted, which means you can choose 1 piece for different models till the quantity reaches our requirement.
3.What is the Shipping Cost?
The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total volume of the goods. We will quote you the shipping cost after receive this information.
4.About Price:
For sample order: Sample is available for customer to check the style and quality.
We will charge double price for the sample, but will return to the customers once bulk order is placed.
For bulk order, the price is negotiable and determined by quantity, packing and other requirements.
5.Trade terms: EXW. FOB. CIF.DDU. DDP.
6.What is the transportation?
We are able to send the goods by Air/ Express delivery/ Sea as per customers' requirement .
7.Package & Carton:
All tables are packed in KD, chairs in semi-KD (means the seat cushion is unfixed). 5-layer K=A 210 pounds export standard cartons are used for packing and shipping marks can be printed on cartons.
8.About OEM:
OEM Is available, you can send your own design or picture to us.We can make the product as you like.
9.Payment Terms or other question:
A. T/T , Western Union and Money-gram are accepted .
B. 30% Deposit before production, balance paid before shipment
10.Lead Time:
A. Within 7-10 days for Simple item after receiving deposit
B. About 10-20 days for 1*20GP after receiving deposit.
C. About 20-35 days for 1*40HQ after receiving deposit.
